I marked it out using the tried and trusted method of 3 beers a spirit level (as a straight edge), a tape measure and the Dalek Builder's Guild plans (and lots of pencil sharpening) |

in place for the top panel for the skirt
(notice I haven't 'hollowed' out the base panel yet, coward that I am - I'm waiting until I get some wheels before I start hacking that around) |
